Order Processing

Thank you for shopping with SALT SEEKERS.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only using Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Western Australia (Metro): 2–5 business days
  • Regional Western Australia: 3–7 business days
  • Interstate (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS & ACT): 5–10 business days
  • Remote locations: Delivery times may be longer.

Please note these are estimated delivery times only and may vary due to weather, public holidays, peak periods, or Australia Post delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

SALT SEEKERS is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we’ll assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
